Rambo, I don't know where you get your information from but coconut oil is one of the worst oils as it is a saturated fat. rice bran oil, olive oil and sunflower oil are much better options

Fried rice is delicious, but isn't often too good for your waistline, so plain boiled rice or noodles are better choices.
The meal you order is good. Skinless chicken isn't especially calorific anyway, and the vegetables will be stir fried in garlic. This is good not only because stir-frying retains a great meany of the nutrients found in the vegetables, but also because garlic has excellent health properties.
